Dropped my dog off for Grooming at 12pm on a Saturday. He wasn’t ready until 4:10pm. I live 45 minutes away and arrived at 5:10. 10 MINUTES past 5. They wouldn’t give me my dog! The manager and another associate were still there and refused to give me my dog. They forced boarding without his food, mind you until 12PM the next day!! I even offered to pay a late fee for getting there 10 MINUTES late but they refused! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

I was apprehensive about leaving Max since he had never boarded at petsuiites before but he loves going to daycare so I scheduled him. He did great and I was able to see him during the day on the cameras they have available. I will definitely use them again if the need comes up.

Buddy loved hanging with new friends. The employees took great care of him. Buddy was so excited when he got home from playing at PetSuites that he got toilet paper in the bathroom and destroyed a roll before I knew it🤣🤣

From rag(dolls) to riches! I truly can’t express how much I love PetSuites Cordova—and especially Kelsey, who is nothing short of an artist. She’s the only groomer who’s ever made my two senior bichons, Jack and Jill (now 13 years old!), feel and look their absolute best. These two were rescued from a puppy mill, and Jack had a hip injury before we adopted him. Regular brushing at home was difficult, and matting became an ongoing issue—so for years, we were stuck with traumatic full-body buzz cuts at other, more “mainstream” grooming places. It broke my heart every time. But Kelsey changed everything. Not only do they come home looking like precious little show dogs, they also don’t show the post-grooming anxiety they used to. Their comfort, dignity, and cuteness are fully intact, every single visit. PetSuites, PLEASE treat that woman like the treasure she is. I’d go to war for her if I heard otherwise! I would recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets—especially senior pups who need that extra care and gentleness. Thank you, PetSuites Cordova, for giving my babies their glow-up era!
