PetSuites Collierville

During a severe thunderstorm the facility was out of power, and the dogs were moved to safer location. However, I always choose to have my girl bathed before coming home. On pick-up day there was only 1 employee working the phones. My dog likes PetSuites, but it seems that it’s hit or miss for the staff.

I was apprehensive about leaving my baby for boarding but was extremely happy that I chose Petsuites. They were professional, friendly and I could feel they loved caring for our fur babies. Now I can travel more often because I have trusted pet caregivers❤️

If I could give it 0 I would, typically I love this place have had my dog groomed here before but this time I took her to get groomed not only did they charge me a fee for her behavior which I now know why she was acting that way they clipped three of her toenails so far off she was bleeding all over me when I picked her up. Her belly and private parts are knicked as well. I’m beyond disappointed with this experience and quite frankly livid and will not be back.

I’ve been taking my dog to Petsuites Collierville-Memphis for doggie daycare for six months. The staff did slow introductions to help my dog get used to the new environment. They took him for short visits into a play yard next to the regular doggie play group area and he was able to join group play after about a week of watching them. My dog has made friends at Petsuites and he is always very excited to go there to play. The Petsuites staff at Collierville-Memphis have been very helpful to me. It’s a great place for my dog to socialize and have fun.

Amazing service!! From the time I dropped my 13 week old puppy, Kane, off, until the time I picked him up, I was able to watch him on camera and get pawgress reports on his playtime. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful! I will definitely be going back when I need to board again. Also, I will be looking into daycare there because the facility is set up so well!
