Our sweet Goldendoodle, Josie, has been groomed at Petsuites for about a year now, and we love it! First, every single employee is so friendly, and that’s huge for us. The groomers actually listen and always put in a great effort to do what we ask! Josie has never been stressed after an appointment. She has never had any knicks or cuts. Their prices are AMAZING, especially for a Doodle! If you know, you know! We have a golden retriever puppy who will be getting her baths here soon, I can’t wait!

Charley LOVES her daycare family - pups and humans. She’s 18 months old and has been a Pet Suites girl since she was about 4 months old in puppy preschool. Charley goes about 2x a week and is SUPER excited to be there at every drop off. The team knows her by name and even had a pup party for her and her puppy preschool friends when they turned 1. She goes for daycare and also gets her nails trimmed there. For group daycare, the dogs are grouped by size - small and large. Most days, they are playing outside-roaming/running around and in the little pools when it’s warm. There are live cameras and 1-2 team members in each play area. I think there is an option for individual play instead of group, and there is puppy preschool. UTD immunizations are required. No issues with the nail trims. Drop-offs and pick-ups during the holidays and summer can be busy, but I think that just shows that many pet parents trust them for daycare and boarding.

I highly recommend PetSuites Chesapeake! My puppy started in puppy preschool at 2 months and now does group play monthly. He will be celebrating his first birthday next month with his buddies at PetSuites. The staff at this location are all very friendly and always excited to see Bailee when he arrives. They offer the cutest & creative event days and add ons monthly for your pets. I also enjoy being able to watch the live webcams while he’s there as it provides extra peace of mind. Any minor concerns or questions I have were always addressed timely.

Man i had to go out of the country for a week and my good ol daughter wasn't available to keep my baby boy so I trusted his care to Petsuites and I promise you that was the best choice i could have ever made. Im so very particular about who i allow to keep him, and but man i am so pleased with the care and love that was shown by the staff. I logged in everyday on their video cam and i could see him playing with the other dogs and man he was just having a ball. Funny part is when we went to pick him up after a week he didn't want to leave. He was trying to get back into the building. Lol. They are highly recommended. Very clean facilities, and what I noticed was whenever a dog pooped it was scooped up right away. This place, the facility is simply amazing. And boy! The staff was super nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable leaving him there. He enjoyed being there. I have a English bulldog and typically all he wants to do is sleep but i seen him out playing with the other dogs and running thru the sprinkler that made me smile. Awesome awesome awesome! Oh and i got pictures of him playing and a pawgress report every day which included his mood, his food consumption

I heard that my Xena didn’t quite pass the evaluation, and I got some feedback that wasn’t great. This is her first time in a new place, so I think a one-day, 30-minute evaluation might not give us enough of a picture. It takes time, lots of interaction, and practice for Xena to get comfortable being social with the dogs. She’s a really energetic dog, and that can be a bit much for some. She’s so eager to make friends, but sometimes that can be overwhelming for both dogs and people. The staff at PetSuites should have a better understanding of all kinds of dog behavior, be more open to working with her, and help her get used to the dog world.
