I am the momma of a 2 year old Chihuahua (attitude), Pomeranian (floof), Rat Terrier (legs) mix. I've taken her to multiple groomers over our time together - none have gotten it right. One cut her beautiful ear curls, another left shave marks on her, & yet another forgot to trim whole sections of her. It's been a very rough road..... until today. Sifieka did an INCREDIBLE job with my Nova. Her face was trimmed beautifully, her legs were perfectly manicured, her tail was happily poofed & I even see a little bit of curl by her ears. I could not be more thrilled with how she turned out. I will absolutely going to see Fe for all of Nova's future groomings. PetSmart is lucky to have such a talented employee on staff. Thank you so much Sifieka! I'm so grateful that Nova finally has a cut that aligns with her mix of breeds.

I am so unsatisfied right now with Petsmart. I am not sure what is going on with the phone lines. No one answers the phones and it’s seems to me they need to conduct more hiring sessions. I’ve tried to call 3 different departs and of course no luck and I get hung up on. I’ve been trying to book a grooming service for my dog since yesterday. This kind of service makes me not want to continue being a customer.

DO NOT GO TO DEBORAH!!! Absolutely horrible experience and by far the worst customer service I’ve dealt with. I’ve been bringing my dog here for a long time, and they’ve always done the exact same haircut with no issues. This time, Deborah barely cut his hair at all and sent him home looking almost untouched. It honestly looked like the grooming was rushed or unfinished. I brought my dog back the very next day because the haircut was clearly not done properly, but Deborah wasn’t there and staff told me to come back the following day instead. When I returned, the manager suddenly claimed I was “past the 24-hour window” and would have to pay again for them to fix their own mistake. Completely ridiculous considering I originally came back within the proper timeframe and only returned later because THEIR staff told me to. What makes this even worse is that I paid full price and even tipped Deborah $15 because I trusted the service based on my past experiences there. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to keep a loyal longtime customer happy, the manager chose to argue over policy and money instead of fixing a clearly bad grooming job. The cashier was very helpful n knowledgeable when it came to pet care. She gets 5 🌟 because she also let us pet the reptiles. This Petsmart has more exotic pets than the other one's in my township.

I was greeted by the cashier in the picture who informed me about their donations offer for a rescue. I kindly bought a stuff animal to donate to the organization. She was informative about everything and was such a sweetheart. The store had a great selection of all the necessities for pets and was very well organized.
