I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Myers and her clinic. From the moment we walked in, she treated both my cat and me with an exceptional level of professionalism, compassion, and genuine kindness. As someone who rescues cats from the streets, we do everything we can to provide them with the best care possible within our financial means. Dr. Myers completely understood our situation and never made us feel judged or embarrassed about our budget. Instead, she showed compassion, understanding, and a true desire to help. Dr. Myers has a heart of pure gold. ❤️ Her dedication to animals and the people who care for them is truly something special. Her clinic is also extremely clean, welcoming, and well cared for. If I could give this clinic and Dr. Myers a thousand stars, I absolutely would! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I sincerely wish there were more veterinarians like her. Thank you, Dr. Myers, for treating our pets with such love and for treating us with such kindness and respect. We are incredibly grateful to have found you!

My cat, Boots, needed dental surgery again so I went to Dr. Myers for a second opinion. I’m so glad that I did, because now I have found my fur-ever vet! Dr. Myers and the entire team are friendly and compassionate. Everyone that I have worked with have been understanding and knowledgeable, as well as excellent communicators (both in terms of explaining what care is needed and confirming appointments). To my surprise, the team went the extra mile and followed up with me after Boots’ surgery! I’m so thankful to have Boots’ in good hands with a care team that I can trust. I will be taking my other cat, Pumpkin, here when she is due for her next appointment, as well as recommend the practice to others looking for veterinary care. 🩷

Dr. Vicki Myers and her entire team are absolutely wonderful! As a first-time dog owner, I always come with a million questions, and they never make me feel rushed. Dr Myers and her techs are incredibly thoughtful, thorough, and take the time to explain everything in a way that makes me feel confident and comfortable knowing my pup is in the best hands. Scheduling appointments is always easy, and I really appreciate how transparent and reasonable they are with their recommendations, procedures, and pricing. I would recommend Dr. Meyers and her team to anyone looking for compassionate, trustworthy veterinary care.

I recently just started bringing my dog brownie to this specific location and I must say everything is great. From the customer service skills of the associates. Every time I come I always get the help that I need and the associates even educate me on specific foods for brownie and etc. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND This LOCATION!😊 Thanks DR Vicki

Dr. Vicki Myers was excellent with caring for my dog Cooper, and her technician 😊 I was greeted with kindness and they took care of my dog and made me feel like he was in the best hands! I highly recommend anyone to go to PetSmart in our walk for their urgent needs, I was also able to make an appointment online yesterday and they saw me right away. Great experience.
