Grooming started off great the first few appts. The last few have been terrible, especially the last 2 with Ariel. Long strands of hair left behind, choppy in areas, knicked her paw time before last. My request is simple, shave everything as short as possible. But she left longer hair around her snout and under her chin, she is not a snauzer and I didn't ask for that. I will not be using Ariel again. I do not pay $65 plus a tip to come home and clean up a messy job. And if I can trim her grinch feet without knicking a paw then certainly this supposedly professional should be able too. I should not have to smooth out choppy areas and clip long strands when I get home. I don't pay someone else to come home and fix it myself. It should be done right the first time. I can't add photos because I already fixed it, dang it. We will schedule with a different groomer next time. Previous experiences with other groomers were good with the exception of 1 that left a few long hairs behind, but not nearly as bad as these last 2 with Ariel.

Took our dog to the groomers. As always the store was really clean, staff members were friendly and very helpful. At the groomers the checkin was easy, staff was very friendly and gentle with our dog, they explained everything thoroughly and gave us options. There is plenty of parking and easy to get to. Will be back.

I shop here frequently for my pets supplies. I enjoy checking out new products and perusing the aisles for items for my dogs, cats and birds. Each time i shop the store manager, Alex is working. Alex is always incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient. He also went out of his way to assist me with downloading the PetSmart app so I could take advantage of available deals. It’s clear he genuinely cares about customers and making sure they have a positive experience. Excellent customer service—I really appreciate the extra help and will definitely continue shopping here! He keeps me informed of available promotions on their app to ensure I register. He also kindly offers to carry the heavy cat litter and dog food bags I purchase. Employees here are always helpful to assist me with items on lower or higher shelves as I have knee issues. I'll keep shopping here due to their helpful and friendly staff and variety of products. I've also recently been informed by Alex that they can also ship to my home or to their location and staff will carry out to my car. Shopping made easy-I love it. Luis, the assistant manager is helpful too.

***GROOMING SERVICES*** I took my dog to get a nail trim and bath today. We’ve used just the nail trim service before and have liked it because it’s quick and affordable. Today, however I was very unsatisfied with the service. I made an appointment for 10 AM and they said they would give me a call in about two hours when he’s done. Automatically wasn’t a fan of hearing that but still went ahead with the services. When I picked him up, I noticed his coat didn’t look brushed very well. When we walked out of the store, he immediately peed for a long time. This tells me that they didn’t take him to the bathroom at all despite being there for multiple hours. Finally, when I get home, I noticed that they did not clean his rear end and when I wiped his bottom myself, there were still poop streaks on him. I do not recommend taking your dogs to get bathed here and will not be using this service again.

I thought the options of dog and cat food was better than the Oxnard location on Rose Ave. I wish you could get the same deals in-store as online without having to select "pick-up" in store. I don't need the employees to gather my items all the time. I just wish you could can scan a coupon on your phone type of thing. I did see a sign in the front of the store about some of these coupons I think a few times. However, not everything is posted on the sign. I provided photos from Decemeber 2023 with the options of dog and cat food.
