I had a really frustrating experience at the Southcenter PetSmart in Tukwila today and unfortunately will not be returning to this location. I came in specifically to purchase crickets for my bearded dragon. Zack was working at the register, while Megan and McKenna were in the back. McKenna told zach that there was a limit of 50 crickets per customer. I have purchased crickets for my bearded dragon many times, and I have never been told that PetSmart has a 50-cricket limit. My bearded dragon can sometimes eat close to 50 crickets in a single day, so being limited to that amount when I am trying to purchase enough food for my animal makes absolutely no sense to me. What bothered me even more was the way the situation was handled. Rather than someone checking with a manager, explaining whether this was an actual PetSmart policy, or making any effort to help, I was simply told there was a limit. The interaction came across as dismissive and as though helping me purchase the quantity I needed was an inconvenience. If this is truly a policy at this specific location, management should be able to explain why. If it is not PetSmart policy, then employees should not be making up arbitra

Today I was assisted by a beautiful Chinese woman named Nara she spoke both mandarin & Cantonese. She helped me save money & explained how to use my points off the application I ended up getting a great deal on guinea pig food & a harness for my husky. She was very professional when I flirted with her but overall handled the situation appropriately. She was very kind & very informative. Thank you so much Nara !!!

Please do not take your pets here. My little cavapoo came back with a cut, uneven hair, looking unkempt and traumatised. Attaching pictures for you all to see for yourself and decide. I paid $102 for his bath and cut with an additional package to brush his teeth and breath freshener. Did not even look like he was bathed properly. The staff in the grooming section was rude and extremely unprofessional. I arrived 15 minutes late to the place because there was an accident mid way and got stuck in traffic, i informed them of the delay and personally apologised when we reached there but they were still rude towards me and looks like they took out their frustration on my baby

I’m late but we had originally came in to find hamster on Saturday night . Let’s just say we were in for a ride we loved how OD(Oditty ) explained and share with us within our furry hamster the do”s and don’t . The customer service that he has was top notch, he was so charismatic with us my family and I gained so much knowledge within our furry friend . I totally recommend anyone that comes in and needs that extra info just look for the fish guy if you want to be helped the way we did . Thank you again OD , we have our furry home .

Love the staff here! They saved my dog and myself. My dog developed separation anxiety after my husband passed away. I had to go to work still... petsmart was such a blessing for us. My dog Zoey loves every member of the staff there! She loves petmart doggie daycare! Thank you for all you do!
