This place just needs to close down or have an overhaul of employees. “Pet smart do anything for your pet” is nonsense. Take a dog to get washed they wont do it properly and still have audacity to add services.Oder pets from the store and they behave like they paid for it and it’s an inconvenience to pack your good!! 8hrs plus and still had the nerve to act bothered!! If you do not want to do the job you applied leaving is always an option!!! 🚮🚮🚮🚮

I had an extremely unprofessional and inappropriate experience with a groomer at this location. This was my first time visiting this specific location, and it will absolutely be my last. When I walked in, there was no greeting. Instead, I was immediately met with, “I thought you’d be here at 9:40,” in a tone that was rude and unnecessarily authoritative. While examining my dog, she made an unprofessional comment about his face looking “raggedy.” I had lightly trimmed the hair around his eyes so he could see, which has never been an issue in over six years of getting him groomed at PetSmart. The situation escalated when she attempted to charge a $50 dematting fee upfront, bringing my total to $173. This is completely inconsistent with my long history of grooming services. I have never paid more than around $130 total, and any dematting fee has historically been about $10 and applied after the service, not before. Even after I clearly stated that I was fine with shaving any matted areas and wanted a low cut, she still insisted on the $50 charge. When I calmly said I would call corporate to clarify the fee, she responded that she was “uncomfortable” with me doing so. That response

LAZY! LAZY! LAZY! - Every time we go in it's the same story... "We have to shave your dog completely down due to some matting." Then we take him to another groomer and they're like, "No problem, see you in a few hours." Imagine going to the barber who's charging $125 for a haircut, and the barber says, "You haven't been cut in a while & there's a little matting. The ONLY cut we can give you is a complete bald head, and it will still cost you $125.00, like the styled cut you asked for." This has been my experience here for the last 2-3 years. Their barbers are INEXPERIENCED. The groomer assigned to my dog didn't even recognize my dogs Breed, and didn't know what a "Bouvier Des Flandres" cut is! I used to love going here but the best groomers have left.

Very frustrating experience. The doors were open, lights and registers were on, and employees were inside. After shopping, I was told the store was not open and only Banfield was operating. There were no signs posted. This could have easily been avoided with clear signage. Rebecca the associate was not very helpful as to why there was no clear signage and did not seem to care that my time had been wasted.

Great selection of animal items. I have a cat and there were a ton of options for food and toys. They have grooming inside and a pet hospital as well. I didn’t use either of those services but they seemed to be smoothly run. They have a reward program so make sure you sign up for that if you have a pet and you’re probably gonna go there more than once.
