Their service is hit or miss, not because of their attitude, but because of low staffing. They are always nice to deal with when its your turn if they. Though one lady tossed my fish bag on the counter hard enough I'm surprised it didnt burst - so I got shell-shocked fish.

They overbook…and aussies you don’t shave but do have to cut out spots….since I didn’t book a ahave I had to come back during the week when their groomers weren’t so busy. They called day. Score and asked if I really still wanted appointment. I drove 1.5 hours for a weekend appointment. I’ll be driving elsewhere from here on out.

Came in last night maybe 15-20 minutes before close. we selected the fish we wanted and when we asked the man at the register for help grabbing them, he told us there’s a girl at crickets and that’s her job…. ok? you’re standing at the register not doing anything… you’d think you might help the customers to get out before close? we proceeded to wait 10 minutes for the worker to get the crickets as she was conversing with customers. when she finally had finished and we asked for a few fish, she got a snarky attitude as if they were already closed. Once she asked what fish i needed and i told her, she then proceeds to tell me that they are closing and she may not get all the fish we need. we were only getting 5 fish total. one pleco and 4 goldfish. easy pull. when i mentioned we waited so long for her to get crickets and we’d like to be helped (as we were here BEFORE close) she continued to get an attitude and began speaking out of line. we grabbed our baby, left our cart full of items right there and we left. horrible customer service. if i could give zero stars i would.

Savannah did an awesome job on Orval! He was so happy after and his haircut was amazing. I loved the little bow she put on him lol, so cute. I can tell she gave him great attention! We say thank you!!

I had the opportunity to speak to the manager on duty and she was extremely pleasant, upbeat(despite it being closing time), and assisted in finding what I needed! They were out of a few items I was looking for, but I did get my essential product (batteries for PetSafe invisible barrier collar so my dog doesn't run half way across the country..lol.) For anyone doubting it... I've used the same one for over 10 years, and if you train appropriately according to your dog, and read the instructions, it works great! I now bring it to my parents who are on a steep incline and it even works there (just have to adjust to "high" setting on the box). I had preferred pet-co for some time since PetSmart employees customer service took a dive many years ago, but I think I'll give them another try due to the great customer service(despite the wait in line). They are open longer hours:)! Thank you!
