The guys working there , very nice . On the other hand , we found dog beds , we picked a really nice one , then found a sales ticket , $20 for a dog bed . We figure we get a second bed for that price . Went to the register , the called the manager , no sales on beds . I said what about the coupon under the beds . Sorry wrong bed . So I went back , no beds were on sale . Yet the coupon was right there . I am sick of places not keeping up with their stores . If there is no sale , don’t have the coupon . Never going back . What’s the point , if they can’t keep prices up to date . Found the same 20 dollar bed , on Amazon for 15 bucks . They wanted over 50! Get it together pet smart , or you will be one of the next stores to go under !

Do not, I repeat do NOT take your dog here for grooming. Our puppy suffered chemical burns to her eyes. It was horrible! They are paying for the vet and hospital bills etc. but there is no way they could ever fix the pain and suffering they have put her through! I have just cried at what they’ve done to my beautiful baby girl!!

They do not even deserve the one star, but there’s no other choice. Near clear of this grooming salon. The vibe when I first dropped, my dog off was not good to begin with. I should’ve left then. No introduction no trying to make you feel comfortable, just telling you that if your dog misbehaves, they will stop grooming him right in the middle because it’s his first time that he could end up with half of a haircut or stripe down his back completely emotionless But that’s not even the worst part. I picked up my dog seven months old to be told that the protruding eyelid and redness of his eye was a cherry eye and was completely normal. My dog has never had a cherry eye or any other congenital abnormalities. I spent a lot of time grooming him at home and he has never had anything wrong with his eye whatsoever, including all of his vet visits but now I’m being told that this has nothing to do with them grooming him yet they charged me an extra fee because he was allegedly biting them. So then why didn’t you stop grooming him as you threatened me with when I dropped them off instead of proceeding now my dog has an injury that doesn’t add up. Then they tried to flip it at the last minute

Had a yen to buy a tall cat tree tonight and tracked down a 51” Whisker City cat tree at my local PetSmart. While there, I found the deal online. The wonderful store associate helped me place the order with the discount and even loaded the cat tree in my car. My two young cats couldn’t be happier! A sprinkle of Vibrant Life catnip helped make the tree immediately acceptable! This is my go-to store for Authority cat food for sensitive stomachs for my cat elderly cats.

::::DON’T BUY LIVE ANYTHING::::I am an experienced aquarium keeper. Most hobbyists know to never buy live fish from a chain pet store. So I will take responsibility for my mistake and breaking that rule. But wow, 80% of the fish I purchased here are dying or dead less than 48 hours. I currently have fish in my tank that are going on three years that I purchased from an aquarium store. Again, my mistake I wouldn’t repeat it if I were you.
