Syracuse is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Syracuse is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I have been taking my dog there since she was born and she's too. On this particular grooming visit, she hadn't been in four months so she was quite fuzzy. She is a Maltese who weighs less than 15 pounds. I noticed that her paws were very rough and red and irritated, but later on that day, I noticed that one of her nipples was missing. It looks as if it had bled and dried up but I Was very upset that this had happened. As spoken to the grooming manager, then she told me I would speak to the Store manager. His name was Todd. When I spoke to Todd, the only thing he wanted to do was justify the fact that he had spoke to his groomer and she had said Nothing had happened. I explained to him that as a customer, he needed to have a little bit more compassion and understand that his groomer was human And mistakes do happen. The only thing he spoke about was defending his groomer. He didn't show any care or thought for me as A customer who have been coming there for years. He told me if she needed to go to the vet they would put the cost and finally Offered a 10% discount towards her next grooming. Unfortunately Hannah, the groomer will no longer be seeing my dog. I will be going elsewhere

Me and my fiance went in to save a cockatiel they were mistreating. The worker was inappropriate and tried to flirt with me in front of my fiance and when I didn't accept her advances she quickly became rude to us. She looked at my fiance and had a smug smile as she slammed the net onto the bird (causing her to freak out). She even tried to manhandle her and caused her much distress. Fast forward we go to the register and after 3 incompetent workers (one being a manager who doesn't deserve her position) didn't even know how to help us navigate Afterpay (even though the whole store advertises it). Overall incompetent, rude, slow in the head, and abusive to the animals under their care. Unless you're trying to rescue an animal from their inadequate care (PetSmart as a whole should have their right to sell animals revoked, but that's nothing new) I highly recommend staying away from here and telling everyone you can to avoid them.

I recently took my Yorkie to her grooming appointment, and she came back to me with uneven hair. The stylist nipped her with her clippers in the eye. Highly recommend you not come here.

Been a customer at Petsmart in Fairmount for years. Especially the grooming service. My girl Daisy enjoys going which says volumes to me. Heidi is fantastic!

take care of your animals FOR ONCE. especially your fish. every single tank had at least one fish that was dead and belly up. some have been in there dead for so long they’re cover in white film which is constantly giving off ammonia and now contaminating all the other fish. you’re going to be selling fish that will die within days of being sold. all of your fish are sick. do better pet smart. don’t get me started on your betta fish either. those poor things.
