I ordered several items for curbside pickup, and my order was ready very quickly, which I appreciated (hence the extra star). However, the employee who handles online orders could definitely work on his customer service. He brought my order out and just stood in my blind spot next to my car without saying a word or even trying to get my attention. I had no idea he was standing there waiting for me to open the trunk. Once I finally noticed him, he loaded everything, shut the trunk, and walked off without saying anything. This also isn’t the first time I’ve had a rude interaction with this employee. The last time I picked up an online order inside the store, he kept insisting he couldn’t find it and questioned whether I’d actually gotten the pickup notification, when I’d placed the order, and exactly how many days ago “a couple days” was. Meanwhile, I could literally see my order sitting on the pickup shelf behind him the entire time. After I pointed it out, he just said, “Oh. I don’t know why they’d put it there.” Everyone has bad days, but after multiple interactions like this, it comes across as a customer service issue rather than a one-time experience.

This is my first time shopping in Pet Smart and it was not for me. I️ was doing a DoorDash order. I️ was directed from the call desk to ask the two associates for help. The first thing the lady told me was she can not shop for me. Which I️ didn’t ask that I️ need help finding items. She proceeded to say she can direct me. Then she ask did I️ looked I️ said yes, then she said you couldn’t find no items. Older lady is rude. Never coming in this location again.

I booked for a bath and full haircut online for my puppy which came out to be $62 once i picked him up I was told it would be $99 because they took it upon themselves to change my dogs breed and add on a pampering package which I did not book ! They also sent him back home with no hair !!! They took my dog and basically did what they wanted to do with him and when i communicated my issues they did not try to accommodate me and was very rude !!! Horrible experience!!!! Madison was his groomer !

I went to PetSmart grooming at Azalea Square. First they called cause I booked the appointment online. This was my first time using the service. The groomer whom called me was very in tune with my pets need. She asked me lots of questions about the dog and the care I wanted her to have.Confirmed the appointment and went in. First time ever I have been to a grooming salon where it did not smell. I was happy. Every single groomer greeted me with pleasantry and a smile. Asked me exactly what was needed and felt very comfortable.They did not try to sell me anything and were very clear with everything.I received a phone call when she was ready. The girl that groomed her said she was such a good dog. That has never happened! All I ever got was complaints that she is too vocal. She is a dog for Pete’s sake!They gave me the receipt and I asked a few questions about boarding places around. Just moved here. The one groomer said give me a minute to think and I will get information from my friend whom uses boarding. Go and pay up front and come back for Poppy and I will have some ideas for you.
