The staff at the register are incredibly kind and welcoming. My dog gets groomed here, and the grooming team is always so caring, gentle, and attentive. The veterinarian is also fantastic, knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes the time to make sure my dog receives the best care. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for exceptional grooming and veterinary services.

I recently visited this PetSmart location and had a fairly average experience overall. The store was clean and reasonably well organized, making it easy to find most of the products I needed. There was a decent selection of pet food, treats, toys, and accessories for different types of pets, although a few items I was looking for were out of stock. It wasn’t a deal breaker, but it was a little disappointing. The staff members were polite when I interacted with them, though they seemed busy and not always available to answer questions right away. Once I was able to get assistance, the employee was helpful and pointed me in the right direction. The checkout process was smooth, but there was a bit of a wait because only one register was open during a busy period. The prices seemed comparable to other pet stores, and I appreciated the variety of products available. Some sale items offered good value, while other products felt a little expensive unless they were on promotion. Had really frustrated situation with the manager Melissa. My puppy is 8 weeks old and it was her first groom. She was shivering scared and anxious. She couldnt walk. I asked Melissa if she could carry her inside. Melissa refused and said according to policy the puppy had to walk herself in and out. I told her she couldn't, she is small and scared. Looking at my scared puppy she kept saying the policy she needs to walk on her own. Melissa did not care. I do not want to come anymore and deal with this manager. Unprofessional and rude. The groomer Christine came out and was super kind and the best care taker. She told me the would take care of her and took my baby to her hand. She understood that small poor baby dont like to walk. Big thanks to Christine. I would give her 5 stars 🌟

I used to have great service here but recently that has not been the case. There have been many incidents where I had made pick up orders and when I received the boxes they have been open, taped closed, & cans consistently either missing, all dented, stained with some brown liquid. It just seems like someone is getting an empty box and stuffing it with whatever cans they have lying around as the box I order is supposed to assorted yet their have been twice where the box is over filled with one type. Even kibble bags were given with cuts on side of bag or even already opened. They need to work on whoever they have preparing online orders.

I took my dog for the self wash here. They have a new staff. The new girls are very nice. They are very professional and attentive. They had really nice things to say about my dog. They made us fell welcomed. Lucky looked fantastic after his bath.
