Today I called this PetSmart and the young lady that answered the phone was a very rude. I told her what my dog's name was and she told me that they were going to call him King. My dog's name is King Karie but the lady persisted on telling me that what they were going to call him was King. I stated but ma'am that's not his name that's going to confuse him his name is King Karie so she was very rude about his name I did not feel comfortable with that. That will confuse my dog. His name has been King Karie since the day I've had him. So she's going to tell me what they're going to do. Well that's very bad customer service. How can you bring in my dog and you going to call him what you want to call him that is very unprofessional. Especially when I explained to her is what his name is. That's just like if I come to her place of business and her name is Gloria and I decide well I'm going to call you glory. I think that would offend her if I changed her name to what I want to call her. So that is very unprofessional so if you're doing that with my dog's name. That is telling me how you would treat my dog and I am not allowing my dog to come there because of your behavior. That was the l

I cannot be more disappointed and unhappy with service as a customer than I was at this place. We will never be coming back and I will never bring my puppy here again. Do not make the mistake of using their grooming, service or hotel service because if they make any mistake they will not take any accountability and they will say they were not responsible for as they have with our experience. We brought in our puppy and asked for a level five haircut we came back a week later with a dog that was almost skin level shortness of hair. They gave us a level 10 haircut and would not admit their mistake whatsoever. Even the managers were super rude and argued with us after confronting them they continue to lie and say that the groomer knows that last time she gave our dog a haircut she can remember that she did it number five because she remembers doing it last time, even though she has never cut this dogs hair before and we had actually taken him to a different groomer and so that was a straight up blatant lie, and the manager knew it, and they went along with it along with this horrible experience my dog had also lost almost 6 pound from the time we dropped them off to the time we picked

Do not allow your pet to suffer by forcing them to come to this place. I had my dog stay here for a week because we had no other choice and we needed to go somewhere and when we came back, we had asked for a haircut the same day we are arriving and they are fine with that but not only did they completely mess up the haircut by cutting all of the dogs hair with a level 10 and not a five like we asked for and had been written down on the paper but also had given us a dog that was about almost 6 pounds lighter than when we gave it to them. Keep in mind this puppy is a total of no more than 15 pounds. We called the lady and she was very nice, but after we got a call back from the manager, he was extremely rude and said none of it was their fault and didn’t even try to understand. Genuinely terrible place to even visit. Do not ever come here ever. Do not make a mistake.

I brought my husky dog for a grooming and specifically asked for his neck and tail not to be touched and when i picked him up after 3.5 hrs his neck was shaved so close to the skin i could see pink, it took so long for my dog to come out and on top of that he looked absolutely terrible and his hair was chopped everywhere. The manager was so unhelpful aswell. Save your money and do not come to this place!

This is a once a week stop for me as I have 11 lizards, two dogs, two cats and a partridge and a pear tree. Well, I don't know if there's a partridge but I have a pear tree for sure. So I always suggest that you sign up for the rewards for this place. When I buy crickets it drops the price down from 19 to $0.14 a cricket. Then always go to the clearance sections. I was able to find this. Hello Kitty harness extra small for 12 bucks The mawijuana was half off and my cats love rolling this stuff up in their toy. We found some timer power strips for half off. That's a really good deal and they're transparent '90s vibe. We also picked up some Deco food but I want to talk about what we didn't pick up over in the dog clearance section. They have some killer deals. There was a two dog camping tent for $20. Normally $80 almost picked it up. I don't think my dogs would get in it. They also had a bunch of toys and food at great discounts. Since I come in all the time they know exactly who I am and so they know what I'm going to get. It's nice because they also remember your pets. At least they do in my case and they ask question Don't forget the stop for your pets and bring them inside
