This is a business that never profiled me when I was homeless with my cat. I could browse and do whatever no problems. The prices were competitive with amazon so I just went here for cat litter and anything emergent. They got medicines here but it's pretty low quality compared to online. Pretty enjoyable atmosphere.

After 16 years Poco my tuxidocat finally got a shave. I kept up with him but he will not let me touch his belly or hind area. His clumps were getting worse because of his age. He would scratch and bite me. Took Poco here and not a scratch or bite. Kudos to deal with something I couldn't. The price a little high. It was worth it. Not a howl on the way home. I think he liked it.

We bought harnesses for our dogs and did not realize till we tried them on that the sizes read large and not extra large. Not to mention my husband had already torn through the tags. So I called the store and they didn't even hesitate on a return without the tags. I showed up to the store, they told me I could find the correct the size, rang me up and that was it. It was so easy and they were so kind about it. Thank you! Our dogs love their harnesses that actually fit them :)

Everyone is friendly. Took my lil Missy to get groomed. All of a sudden there were ppl bringing in their dog's to get groomed at the same time. I believe it was the manager helped me get in since I was next. Then an older lady in her 70's and husband told a other lady to go head take your dog in that they didn't mind someone else with them. One of the groomers is telling the older who stayed with the door wide open and sending ppl in that it's person at a time in there. Of course the righteous lady doesn't listen. Stands in the way as if she owned the place. Ppl need to listen and read the signs. Also, stop assuming you know what needs to be done since you are a regular there. Things change and your the customer no reason to be rude.

They have the best prices when it comes to terrariums and aquariums. I also go here for my isopods and all my reptile substrate. The employees are always super nice and helpful. My son and I also enjoy looking at the fish and animals when we come in. It’s nice to be able to come in and comfortably browse in a friendly atmosphere as well as be able to get everything we need for our reptiles for the best price in town. I’ve gone to all the other pet shops in Pueblo and PetSmart has the best prices on pretty much everything. I just wish they carried more cork bark, they never have that in stock unfortunately.
