Waited at the register area for a cashier like normal then somebody else went straight up to the register and a girl stood up. Annoying because we didn’t know she was there so we were waiting for no reason but whatever no big deal. She starts to ring up the person in front of us while another cashier came and took the people behind us. The lady cashier took SOOOOO long helping this girl find coupons on her app (which the customer didn’t ask for the cashier just offered) and then the customer paid with cash and had a “where’s George” bill so the cashier then went searching forever on her phone for that but while she was doing that the man cashier at register 3 had checked out both people behind us so we went over there to FINALLY pay for our items and left and she was STILL talking to that one lady…quick in and out trip took like 30 minutes for no reason

I like petsmart but many things are overpriced and they play on the love we have for our animals to accept the ridiculous price gouging. Just my opinion but the stores are nice and staff are friendly.

Older white lady working the register could use some people skills and based on a few other reviews I’ve seen I’m not the only one. She was very rude and snotty. I don’t know what it takes to have that attitude and work with a bunch of adorable animals everyday but here we are. Otherwise it’s not a bad store the rest of the staff seem a lot more friendly

Shelves are fully stocked, the store is neat and tidy and has everything you could possibly need. We just adopted our sweet kitty today and this was our one stop shop! The cashier was absolutely wonderful, too. We will definitely be back!
