Haircut for my 11 lb puppy wasn't the best. Looked like a very "hurry up" job. Very choppy, face just shaved off. I expect much better for $65.00!!!!!!

Honestly I have been waiting to post this because I’m not one to complain but I had My English Cream in for a shampoo and a trim.. They gave him such a crappy cut a 2 year old could have done better!! Long in some spots short in others! I get it was his first haircut and if he was hard to work with I would have felt better that they said they can’t do it.. I will never go back! Not to mention I paid $150 for something a 2 year old could have done. Didn’t even smell like he was bathed !!

( Athena K )Is an angel !! She did amazing on Muffins hair cut. ITS PERFECT !!!! Muffins hates going, so I haven't been in for almost a year. Every time I would pick him up he was not happy after our visits to the groomers. This time was completely different. He was happy and excited . I dont know what the others did before to make my boy HATE going, Athena K changed that in one visit. Thanks for being such a great person and treating my baby with the love he needs and deserves

I don’t often leave reviews because I know things happen. But I feel it necessary to leave this one. I took my 2 year old Great Pyrenees/Komondor mix to PetSmart grooming this past weekend. I booked the appointment with the same groomer who had groomed him before, without issues. This time, even with paying for the more expensive fur treatment package, my Pyrenees was shaved. Completely down to the skin, even his tail. He did have some cording on his belly and a little on his leg, but NOTHING that would have required being shaved down. It’s Winter and I never thought the words would ever have be spoken, but I have to keep a sweater or jacket on my Great Pyrenees to keep him warm. He came home with nicks in his skin and very red, irritated skin. Aside from the cold, double-coated dogs should NEVER be shaved unless advised by a vet. To say I am heartbroken would be an understatement. I will not be going back. If you have a double-coated dog, please consider getting them groomed somewhere else. Avoid PetSmart. My dogs coat may literally never be the same, ever. Photos are taken a couple of days apart.

We’ve taken our pups to Oshkosh PetSmart for years. The weekend staff is so wonderful. Due to our own schedules we had to switch days to Sundays for nail trims and baths. Lauren and Ashley are fabulous! When my Walter had had enough of the dryer recently and went to the kennel she said, “He’s a big guy with big feelings.” She is so right. My mastiff is a big guy with big feelings about not wanting to be dried. :) Both Olive and Walter are silky soft after their baths. They love coming to PetSmart to be groomed by the incredible staff. I can’t sing the praises of Lauren, Ashley, and Chelsea and the rest of the grooming crew often enough. Bring your dogs and cats and tip them well. They work so hard and make the experience the best they can possibly make it for us and our pups.
