My kids and I came in to get all the supplies we needed for our new puppy. Everyone in the store who helped guide us to where items were along with the cashiers were INCREDIBLY helpful and kind. They went out to their way to help me with coupons and price matching without me even asking. Would absolutely shop here again!

This place here is so unprofessional! The girl Cierra which is African American had a nasty attitude and very pop mouth. My dog has been going here for a long time. The crew they have now is disrespectful, you wait forever at the register before you are even acknowledged( like 20 to 30 mins), never a smile, never have walk ins available. Really the whole store need proper training including the store manager she is always in the office sitting down on her phone or mad when you ask questions!

Walked in the front door and an employee walked right past me to the desk and did not acknowledge me. I ask where the cones were so my cat wouldn’t scratch his stitches out because the cone they gave my cat at the vet was torture. She walked me over to them pointed and started walking away but there were none for cats and when I asked her about it she just turned and said we don’t have any and kept walking. also, what they did have for dogs was only a few and totally ridiculous

My husband and I go in there often to get dog food for our fur-boys, and for the most, the staff is always friendly, but I especially wanted to shoutout Alex, who went above and beyond our expectations. At first I was slightly annoyed at how long it was taking to get checked out, but after slowing myself down and taking a chill pill, I noticed that she was very personable and friendly towards each person she encountered at checkout, no matter what they looked like. Customer service like that is hard to come by nowadays, and I’m honestly grateful. I hope corporate or someone sees this, because she was really great. She even helped us score some additional deals with the coupon book that we purchased. I’m not sure who the other lady was that was working with her tonight, (she was kind of rude; I’m assuming she must have been the manager or something), but Alex is truly a gem. 💎

Absolutely disgusting environment. Beta fish literally dead for so long that the water has turned brown other betas water not being cleaned to the point where algae is growing. Fish tanks are horrendous. So many dead fish in the aquariums and some of them are so dirty you can’t even tell what you’re looking at. Staff has no regard for the life of their animals. Quite a shame if you ask me
