PetSmart

My first time at this location. Store was clean and well organized. It's an older store inside a strip mall. My son goes to another pet store for special food for his German Shepherd , but since I was in the area I went to see if they had his dog food or mixers. They didn't carry either one. The main reason I stopped here was my son told me they carry his favorite fetch toy which he had wore out and it had a hole in it and some of the stuffing was coming out , so we had to throw it away. It's made by Joy Hound. They 're called Rip Roarin' Tough and they are really good quality made. The material is like a canvas and it can be washed after being chewed on , slobbered on , in the dirt and rain , you get the picture. His was at least a year old. His favorite is the Hot Dog. He also has the Beer Mug and 2 of the Pizza Slices. There was also like 2 other designs. I play fetch with him everyday with these and they are tough ! I highly recommend them. My only complaints would be they don't offer a Military Discount. Also when I gave them my phone number for my old account when I had 2 cats in Vegas , my account must've been deleted since it's been like 2 years since I shop

Needed Science Diet food for my cats. Nice store and friendly people. I'll be back for a beta. They have a great assortment of food and toys... for dogs, cats, fish and all kinds of reptiles and hampsters. And I believe that they have grooming services.

The vet Abigail Belcourt was terrible. She was extremely rude and arrogant. She told us our dog was terminal. We took our dog to our regular veterinarian the next day and got a completely different diagnosis. He is doing very well now. I’m glad we didn’t make the decision to put him to sleep based on her opinion. A very overpriced visit to see the worst vet that I have ever taken an animal to in 42 years. Not sure what that vet school she attended, but I would almost question her credentials…

Amanda helped me and my daughter shop for her hamster, it's was a breeze with her helping us along the way. Amanda was VERY knowledgeable about what was needed/what the hamster will love. This was a great experience due to Amanda helping us the way she did!

This PetSmart is one of the older building locations, but I’ve always had positive experiences here. The store is clean, well organized, and the staff is consistently polite and helpful whenever I visit. I stopped in today looking for a new dog bed and purple dog nail polish, and I was happy to find exactly what I needed without any trouble. They usually have a good selection in stock, which makes quick trips really easy and convenient. I appreciate not having to go to multiple stores to find pet essentials. The only small downside is the parking lot, in some areas it can be a bit rough for lowered cars, so it’s just something to be mindful of. Overall, this is a reliable PetSmart location with friendly staff and good inventory. I’ll definitely continue shopping here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable pet store in the area. My dog Delune loves visiting this location!💜
