If you have a cat that needs a bath or grooming, please choose Tabisa. She is extremely professional and has been working as a groomer here for many years. She understands feline behavior very well and is gentle—she's even patient with my cat Soup, who can be a bit of a diva. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back to her again.

This location needs help. This location is poorly managed. Rarely do you get help. When you bring forward a concern they look at you like they are being bothered.The cat cages are dirty and in some cases some have no food or water. This is supposed to be a place that cares about pets and their well being. The cat area smells and is poorly managed. For someone wanting to adopt this clearly is a turn off. Unhealthy for the cats and kittens to be in this environment. I hope they get there act together and start serving the needs of the pets as well as the customers.

We recently applied to adopt a cat through the adoption center at PetSmart, and the experience was very disappointing. It has been over a week since we submitted our application, and I have yet to receive any response. I’ve left several messages expressing our interest in adopting, but no one has returned my calls. From my understanding, the purpose of these adoption programs is to help pets find loving homes. Unfortunately, that did not seem to be the priority here. It’s frustrating to hear the message on hold about doing “anything for pets,” yet potential adopters cannot even get a simple call back. Because we never heard from anyone, we ended up visiting Petco, where we were able to adopt a kitten the very same day. He is now in a loving home, which is exactly what these animals deserve. PetSmart has the resources and platform to do great things for pets, but the adoption process at this location needs serious improvement. These animals are depending on you to help them find homes. Please do better. 🐾

The worst Groomers I've ever seen in my life completely butchered our dog. Extremely unprofessional and rude augues with the customers. As if they did something wrong poorly trained, Expect for the main store manager and her staff are very helpful and professional My dogs breed is an American Cocker Spaniel full breed and yes he is puppy but this is extremely unacceptable Zero star's

Visited the grooming today for my dog and cat! The groomers Tabisa and Danielle are so nice. They did an amazing job. My dog even received this cute bow tie. Price is so affordable in the Bay Area and I really appreciate having this as an option.
