Had an amazing experience working with David from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions, even when I came back with follow-up concerns. I really appreciated his honesty when he wasn’t completely sure about something instead of guessing. Overall, one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely come back as long as David is here!

They did such a good job bathing and grooming my boys! They were extremely thorough even though one of my dogs didn’t love getting his nails trimmed. They never look this good when I bathe them so I would definitely recommend!

Is my first time taking my dog Bailey for a bath at Petsmart. When I picked Bailey, the staff asked me to pay the bill at the cashier and she is nice just told me how’s Bailey doing at her bath. My daughter checked whether Bailey is clean at home and she told me her ears are still very dirty. I suppose basic bath includes ears cleaning so I really didn’t notice and miss checking right at the store. My daughter took her back to clean her ears as well request to trim the paw hair. They said this is on request only. This gave me a BAD impression as for the first time visiting

If I can have any chance to put 0 star for cat grooming，I will not hesitate at all to give zero star. We have a domestic long hair! long hair ! Long hair! with beautiful fluffy tail. All we want is basic grooming and cutting off the hairballs as necessary! Not get him half naked with some unevenly and patchy leftover short hair! after the grooming, the groomer change our fluffy cat into a sketchy rat that has been chewed on, with a bold tail. Now this poor baby is circling to find what is that weird thing following him! Please！refine this groomer‘s groom-styling skills，please！this tremendas “artwork” cost us $110！as well as severe psychological truma to our cat！The word might not convincing so let’s make it visualized. It is so easy to find out how desperate the grooming service we had for $110

We just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our last visit to PetSmart. Everyone we interacted with was so kind, welcoming, and truly loving. It really shows how much the staff cares, and it made our experience extra special. Thank you for creating such a warm and positive environment for both pets and their families!
