Blu was by far the worst cashier I've ever encountered at any store. I was behind someone asking for an exchange in line. She asked what she needed to do to get them exchanged. Blu very rudely asked when they were bought, etc etc. The whole conversation was pretty long so I'm not gonna write any of it out here, but me and that customer knew she was being very rude. I placed a divider behind her stuff she wanted to exchange because I was buying a bag of cat food and some cans. When the customer eventually walked away because Blu was being terrible to her, I was next in line. My stuff was at the opposite side of the grocery belt, so I apologized while I attempted to move my stuff closer to Blu so she could scan it. I am a cashier myself and it's a little frustrating when a customer places stuff at the end of the belt, and you have to wait for it to get to the cashier. as I went to go push the stuff to Blu so she could scan it, she very loudly yelled "No, no no. Leave it. The belts gonna do its thing, you're gonna do your thing". No "How are you" or even any greeting. That was the first direct interaction with her. Tank we picked had a broken latch. Return was no issue. They called ahead to another local store to have one pulled for and price matched the original online price

I had my dogs groomed here last year and for the price, was not bad. I have 3 medium size dogs so cost adds up. They just got groomed a couple weeks ago and there were mats left near my males nuts. Their ears that were supposed to be also shaved were horrible and jagged at the edges and like half of their feet still had grinch feet. My dogs have been groomed before with seller results so wasn't for lack of my dogs being able to handle grooming. Was really disciplined in this grooming.

I ordered a 36 gallon fish tank with a stand, at a really good price. It was ready for pickup in under 30 minutes. I got to the store and notified them I was there and a few minutes later a worker came out with it. She helped me load it into my car and did it with a smile. I apologized for ordering a huge item (that's just my nature) and she said oh no problem at all don't be sorry. I got home and set it up and everything is good. It is missing 2 shelves in the stand. I called and spoke with her and she said she has a set and will leave them at the register for me to pickup. All around a great experience.
