I had to wait at the register with other customers and no one was at the front of the store to ring us up. A manager/associate tried to find someone to ring us after waiting for a while and asked if she could ring us up and said she is doing a different pet sale. Its funny bc 3 people were talking to each other but not helping us.

I am grateful for how quickly the associate issues me a refund, but I am shocked àt just how bad of a job was done to my poodle mix puppy. Some of her nails were clipped, all uneven lengths, some not clipped at all. Her whole body looks like she was given a buzz cut with a worn out electric razor and on parts of her legs they just gave up. All of her beautiful curls are now butchered off. I specifically said to shave her face and this was ignored; I said to leave the length of her head and her ears alone, not to touch it, and this was butchered. They did nothing for her yesr stains which I also specifically requested. I should have taken her back the moment my instructions were not written down and responded to with a disinterested nod and "uh-huh." Also unsettling was when I went back to get her and the groomer had her on the table and though I had been there less than two hours before, and the store was not crowded, he gave me a dull look and asked, Is this your dog? And then, is she three months old? And I am thinking like, of course she is my dog and she is five months old as we literally discussed about an hour and a half ago... is this person that checked out or disintereste

So, we came in at 8:40 to choose fish. Absolutely no customers in the store. Asked for help at 8:46. Found out they do not sell fish after 8:45! (They close at 9:00) Petsmart just lost whatever profit is to be made of $50. Will be shopping at PAWS in the future. Disgusted and disappointed. Manager made amends the next am. Stress free👍🏼

Absolutely insane. If I could give zero starts I would. They mistreat the fish terribly. The fish in the back get caught in the filters and they are just stuck there. We also bought a bearded dragon here a few years ago and it died maybe a few weeks later and when we took it to the very it said because of the treatment it had prior to us buying the poor thing. This place terribly mistreats all of their animals and I do not recommend coming here to get your pet.

I love this store. They price match and are always patient and gracious. After a particularly horrible online order experience (I will never order online from PetSmart again unless it’s all free!) with little-to-no support from Customer Care, I brought both cases of damaged/opened cans of cat food back to PetSmart. The manager was incredibly helpful, as was Sarah. They refunded my damaged purchases with no issue. And that’s just one of the the reasons I love this store. ❤️❤️❤️
