Sarah took amazing care of my dog Baela that I got from animal control last week. She never got a bath before they spayed her there. I took Baela into Petsmart on Monday to get her first groom and when I say that she was grungy and disgusting, it was worse. Sarah was gentle with my dog because she knew she was nervous. Sarah called me to tell me my dog was doing amazing and that she had a little bit longer to go until I could pick her up. She even called again to let me know she was ready. When I picked Baela up, her hair was a completely different color and not one speck on dirt was in her hair or on her skin. Baela was so relaxed and calm when I arrived. Sarah cut and styled her exactly like what we talked about before the appointment. Baela will be going back to Sarah every single time. Thank you again Sarah! Whenever you purchase any animal here the employees 9/10 times provide inaccurate information related to them. I purchased a parakeet older than 3 weeks and she told me there’s no way to know what gender it is without probing or bloodwork, which is factually untrue. The birds are also on a seed only diet in the cages which is linked to a vitamin A deficient which is linked to liver disease/failure which causes an early death. Along with that she chased the bird for nearly 5 minutes in the cage with a net instead of just reaching in and grabbing it. They also give you issues when you’re picking up online orders as well. It’s a grab and go station. I stood here once waiting 20 minutes for her to confirm my cat food order was my order because her silly little mobile device wouldn’t load. Noted it was right at opening and not a single other customer present for business hours. God forbid you checked my license. It’s always the same employee too. Short brunette hair, bigger build. She did not have a name tag. These employees need better training in general. She’s worked here for years, she should be properly educated on the animals she clearly hesitates to sell by now. I love PetSmart in Lakeland Florida. I was there today checking out with a treat bag for training of my 12 week old yorkie Bear and picked him up a toy, Mr Owl at a good price. Attached is Bear enjoying Mr Owl.

Took these pictures 11/8 . I get fish die but this many and the fact that no one was in the fish area cleaning them out so children didn't have to see this is not okay . There's obviously a problem with their water or supplier and it needs to be fixed
