Got what I wanted, associates didn't seem to be very happy or helpful answering my question about certain product availability. Double pricing for online and in-store purchase was confusing as well.

This "Dr." Z girl about age 24 didnt know much about small rodents and said she did...she said hamsters need timothy hay...wrong... she said school didn't tell her what they are supposed to have...looked it up continued to argue with me ... then tried telling me fresh oraganic spinach and lettuce is bad not enough nutrients, and no nuts or she will get fat...both is not enough...everyone else (petco manager) said great the spinach gives alot of nutrients! The box of pellets everyone sells has nuts too, telling me I'm supposed to go argue with amazon about that! ...she was horrifically combative about everything and mean about it, and was mean to her co-workers who tried to get something for her. and got it wrong, tried getting me in on the wierd argument with them on her side, I didn't even look at her. thats probably what got her mad. She's young, arrogant irrational and like a wild animal going to attack you times 10! Unbelievable!!! if you don't agree with everything she is saying. I ended up saying theres no point in me being there, she said she couldn't look at a sample under the microscope and would just perscribe something to just try it! She told me I'm not s

This is the location where my vet is, sure loves animals and is one of the best veterinarians I've ever met. She's always really good and quick to take care of my kitty cat who has kidney disease

I arrived approximately 45 minutes before closing with the intent to purchase a large aquarium and multiple fish. After spending time in the fish section, we were informed close to closing time that fish sales stop 15 minutes prior to closing. This policy was never communicated to us, despite multiple employees being present and observing us in the area. While I understand having a cutoff policy, the lack of communication reflects poor customer service. A simple notice would have prevented wasted time and a lost sale. We were prepared to make a significant purchase but were unable to do so. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Have brought both of our dogs here at the pet hotel many times with no issues but this last time has been an absolute nightmare.. I don’t even know where to begin but please read this to hopefully save your dog from fleas, malnutrition and dehydration… we dropped them off with 2 1/2 bags of food and they called us THE DAY after we dropped them off and said they are out of food if want them to give them their food… we thought that was a little weird because we dropped them off literally the day before.. but we said sure and didn’t think much of it til the next day after that, a different person calls us and says the same thing.. we were like yeah we know.. someone called us yesterday.. so I’m like did they even feed him and why/ how did they go through 2 1/2 bags of food in 1 day… and why is no one communicating or anything.. well, the nightmare doesn’t start there… We pick them up 6 days later only to have them both infested with fleas and our 2 year old being so skinny all his bones were protruding… (photos attached) we of course too him immediately to the animal hospital where they gave him fluids and did blood testing on him (results I will post below) his levels were all out
