Brought my dog here this past weekend and now I’m wishing I hadn’t…. Got the full grooming package for him including the nail grinding and I will say they did great job trimming him down. He looks great. However, he’s been walking with limp since we got him back…. Not sure if he was mishandled or if they cut his right front nails too short, but he’s had a limp all week since we got him back…. I couldn’t even walk him for more than 15 minutes yesterday because he slowed to crawl. I had to carry him up the stairs at our house because he just couldn’t do it…. He hasn’t whined, but the limp is very noticeable. Will not be back to this location!

I called because I came when the store should be open and the guy said “No, we open at 9:30” in a very condescending way. The website said grooming opens at 7 and the store opens at 8. Might want to fix that and work on customer service skills.

Sheba, our 10 year old Cane Corso, had her monthly spa day and came home happy and smelling fresh with clean teeth and trimmed nails. Service was wonderful as always.

I took my golden retriever here to get groomed and they did a great job. The manager was also amazing, he accommodated my dog and addressed the scheduling error and was very helpful. Definitely recommend going here for your dogs grooming needs!

Zach did a great job with our dog's first grooming visit! Must schedule an appointment, sometimes before the store opens its doors. If the doors are locked and the security guard isn't present, you can try ringing the door bell (which may work) or call the store and choose the extension for the grooming department
