TLDR We are thrilled with Avalie! This was my first time ever using a groomer. My dog, Budgie, is a hundred years old, has arthritis and dementia, but is the nicest dog on earth. Avalie was his groomer, and she was so sweet and kind. I had tried to set him up for success, when I dropped him off. Including bringing his help em up harness, and told her that he could wear in the bath, if it made it easier for her (he weighs 84lbs) and has a hard time standing for long periods of time. But will try to jump out of the tub, every chance he gets. She understood and offered to bathe him on the floor. Avalie was understanding of his special needs, and made special accommodations for him. She didn’t even need to use the harness. She said that he was the most perfect senior citizen and she loved him. After bringing him home, my partner pointed out how happy he is being clean, and that he looks like he quit drinking, lol. He is like a whole new dog! We are never hurting our backs washing him at home ever again! We will be bringing him back to see Avalie from now on! We couldn’t be more thrilled with Avalie, and highly recommend her services! We only got the bathe, brush, nail trim and ear clea

The haircut was sub par and looks very uneven. I've been to other pet smarts and it was never this bad. It took them 5 hours from drop off to the time they called us so my dog was very ready to leave or I would have had them fix all the unevenness and spots they had neglected to trim. overall I won't be going back considering the quality and time it took. Very unhappy I had to leave my dog here for 5 hours to have a haircut that will likely need to be redone.
