I am very disappointed with the grooming service at PetSmart Grooming. I brought my cat for a bath and grooming, but the job was not done properly at all. My cat still smelled bad and the fur was not clean or brushed. It honestly looked like no proper bath was given. I paid for a full grooming service, but the result did not match what was promised. This was a waste of time and money. I expected professional care and better attention to detail. I would not recommend this grooming location based on my experience.

Made an appt for dog grooming. Overbooked and had to wait even longer for my dog to get groomed, I decided not to keep my dog waiting and scheduled some where else.

I arrived a few minutes after the deadline late, and did not receive my dog, I lost 1.5 hours to return my dog home, and break my day

I LOVE the staff!! Every single person is a dynamic and special individual! The sense of humor among all of them is a joy! They laugh at my crazy-as-hell dogs, and it brings out my dogs' crazy-as-loons characters!
