Unfortunately I was not able to have mybdog groomed. They require rabies vaccination record. Which is fine. I went to the vet and got his vaccine. However I get to the appt and they cannot see our doggo because they have a policy of 48hr after a vaccine. However, that is not what the instructions said when I signed up. It said vaccine was required, it did not say we had to wait 48hr. I would recommend that you put that on your instructions for customers if your business has that expectation. That was frustrating. Will find another groomer with more transparency.

The groomers are obviously very good at what they do. Our pooches have never came out looking less than spectacular. The grooming salon is clean, the dogs are treated well and the pricing is reasonable.

I scheduled my dog for Bathing with the same groomer I have been using. My dog growled at her, and she rechecked the appointment for the following week. When I get there and she looks at the dog and checks him and again say I will need to reschedule. So I said no. When to PetSmart and was able to get the services with no issues and it was definitely a better price and got me $12 in rewards.

Emily did a fantastic job on my lab! He has had negative experiences with grooming in the past, but Emily did everything she could to make sure he had a better experience this time. He has a history of being anxious about nail trims and blow dryers, but Emily was able to trim his nails and dry him. He left looking gorgeous and very happy! Thanks Emily!
