They turned my dog away because her ears were matted. Which is crazy as it wasn't bad at all. I took my dog down the street to petco and they took her in no problem. PetSmart told me to go to a vet to have them trim her ears. I got my dog back from petco, and they said they seen worse.

Tried to uncharge me without notice and did a hack job on my dogs. I wont be going back.

Stephanie the manager here is the rudest. I was shopping an instacart order for a customer here. The items weren't exactly easy to find but it is what it is. Where I have to draw the line is how me and my wife were treated. The lines were backed up and Stephanie had opened another lane to assist check outs. She stated loudly that she could help the next customers and a few of us moved over to her lane to check out our customers order there was a total of 3 people in her lane me and my wife was one, plus to other gentlemen. As our turn came up to be checked mind now she didn't say anything to the gentleman in front of us but decided she would make a statement to me and my saying "for future reference when the lane light is off, its closed...but she never turned it on when she invited others to her lane.... Ok cool whatever my bad...then as were trying to get her to scan the QR code for customers discounts she refused to scan it....multiple times stating she had everything she needed. To my knowledge the only thing she didn't need was the tax exemption code.... the customers discount code is something entirely different but yet she refused to scan stating instacart handles that, ok b

Every time I try to book online with PetSmart, it says there’s no availability, but then someone else calls and suddenly there’s space. This has happened multiple times and it’s incredibly frustrating. What's the point of an online booking system if it doesn't reflect actual availability? It feels disorganized and unreliable. I expect better from a large company like this.

My dogs have been getting groomed at the Azalea location for years. They do an awesome job!
