I come here all the time, and today I came in at 8:30. The store has been open for almost two hours, and so far I have seen two employees, with not a single one at the register. I waited 20 minutes standing at the register and even walked around to find someone. One employee passed me multiple times and never checked me out or notified someone else to help if she wasn’t able to.

Made an appt, they gave me an 8am...they called to confirm during the week. Get here at Sunday morning on time, and my dogs name is wrong & the groomer Tory is a no show. No I don't want a discount on future "possible grooming" or we can get you in this afternoon. If I wanted the afternoon I would have booked an afternoon.

Service was both friendly and informative. The results of the grooming and Charlie’s post behavior was terrific Would certainly recommend.

Perfectly fine experience with my pup’s grooming here. Courteous staff and great haircut and trims. Thank you!

Will never, ever return. Staff were untrained, every dog in there seemed anxious, multiple dogs appeared to be bleeding (not exaggerating unfortunately…) - including ours. We have reported this salon and would highly suggest others to find a reputable groomer in the area instead.
