Took my doggie to get groomed for the 2nd time to PetSmart. The first time was in Redlands no issues. Tell me why I had to take my dog in to the vet three days after he was groomed at this location?!? Even worse when I tt " manager" Jr, not so JR anymore. Older man now, was trying to gaslight me trying to convince me tht my dog may have had bacteria in his ear b4 we brought him to get groomed even tho I told him my dog has no issues b4 bringing him to get groomed. If my dog had an issue w his ears I would not bring him to get groomed, I would take him to the vet. I told him I didn't want anyone to get in trouble but he seemed to want to escalate the issue w the person who groomed him asking her if she noticed anything out of the ordinary w my dog when she was working on him. Of course she said no, just as I said there where no issues with him b4 we brought him into PetSmart. Then he was asking the vet the findings of my dogs check up, even tho she told him exactly what I told him. He did not offer any apologies nothing, I felt like he was trying to dis prove me?!? So a $60 plus dollar grooming fee turned onto an almost $300.00 vet fee and he did not offer any sort of compensation,

This was a deal! I have a large bread that is extremely hairy. I was quoted from just higher than my cost here to twice as much. It did take awhile for the full grooming to be complete but it was a great job! She looks beautiful 😍

Actually we went for their dog training program. We just rescued a German shepherd and he does not know how to act. So i hope this place can help. Ill keep you guys posted but so far 5 stars and very impressed.

This is the worst petsmart to come to. Everytime I come to this store there's always a problem. Employees seem unhappy and don't greet you. It's hard to find someone who wants to do their job on every visit. One of my visits, the guy made a big sigh because I asked for help and then walked away and said he would be right back. He never came back after 15mins of waiting with my baby so of course I didn't buy anything. A different visit, I returned bloodworms because I found a better price somewhere else (found them for 4dollars at a different pet store compared to the 10 they want to charge). Cashier accused me of refreezing them when I had just bought them 20 maybe 30 minutes ago. Before she did the refund she made me wait until someone came to put them back in the freezer and was complaining that they may go bad if they defrost. Just weird and awkward. My last visit I was returning a dead fish 5 days after buying it. The cashier gave me the hardest time returning it and wanted to try and make it seem like it was a 1 time courtesy for me since I bought it from the redlands location (where I received great service btw). I'm giving 5 ⭐ where I shop only because the customer service is awesome 😎. The manager was great when I had an issue with some guy who would follow me around the store. I was uncomfortable 😖. She kept an eye on him till he left. I like shopping there alot so I wasn't going to be detered. Prices are reasonable. My pup loves puparoni treats and goes nuts through the store. Grooming is fantastic with your fur babies ☺️.
