Old women with gray hair was extremely rude and she seems like she doesn’t like to be surrounded by animals , when I came to pick up my dog she greeted me with bad attitude, she kept telling me that my dog not well behaved, and this place is not for kind of dog like mine, they barely did what I asked and still charged me for full service. Very disappointing.

I had a disappointing experience with this grooming salon. The first time I brought my dog here, she was groomed by a very kind young woman (I unfortunately don’t remember her name). I know my dog isn’t the easiest to work with, but she was incredibly patient and did an amazing job. I left feeling so grateful and confident that I would come back. A few days ago, I brought my dog in again, but this time she was groomed by an older woman with short gray hair. She told me that my dog “does not cooperate” and “throws herself around,” and then told me not to bring my dog back because they couldn’t handle her. I found this very disappointing because I thought grooming salons were there to help owners with dogs like mine. I recently adopted her, and we’ve only recently started building trust. I know she’s afraid of the blow dryer and scissors—that’s exactly why I bring her to professional groomers for help. Being told not to come back instead of being offered advice or another solution was upsetting. I do, however, want to sincerely thank the young groomer who worked with my dog the first time. She was incredibly patient and did the best job I’ve ever seen on my dog.

We met Kiwi at PetSmart, and she was absolutely amazing! We’re first-time puppy parents, and she took the time to walk us through everything we needed to know. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about helping people and their pets. She didn’t just try to sell us products — she genuinely cared and made sure we were well-prepared. We left feeling confident and excited, all thanks to her. Thank you, Kiwi!

I just wanted to make people aware. I have taken my dog to get her nails cut in the grooming office. I’ve been there twice and both times an older woman is working on cats and yelling and being very aggressive with them. Even when she takes them in the back you can hear her yelling at the cats from the front desk. I understand it must be very difficult to groom a cat! It must take a lot of patience!!!!!!! But I’ve never seen anything so unprofessional. I would never feel comfortable with my cat being treated that way especially when they are scared. I brought it up to management before but it seems like nothing has been done. I just wanted any cat mom or dad to be fully aware of what’s happening when their cat is being groomed!
