Groomer cut my dog's face and no one said a word. This is the 2nd or 3rd time. I brought my dog Luna to this PetSmart location for grooming on July 3rd, with Tiffany B. as her groomer. No one mentioned any injury, nick, or cut when we picked her up. Fast forward to July 17th, Luna's wellness exam at the Banfield inside this same store. We brought her in because she'd been itchy. The vet tech found a cut on her face, shaved the fur back to look at it, and confirmed it was consistent with a razor or clipper injury, not a scratch or a bite. This happened during grooming, and it was never disclosed to me. This is not the first time Luna has come home from a grooming appointment here with an unexplained cut. It's now happened two or three times. At what point does a pattern like this get taken seriously? I paid for a wellness exam that turned into paying to have my dog's grooming injury identified and treated, because the people who caused it didn't tell me. If your groomer nicks a pet, that needs to be disclosed immediately, every time, no exceptions. Silence is not an accident, it's a choice. We’ve been taking our dog to the Plymouth PetSmart for a while now and never had any problems, until today. She came home clearly distressed and in pain, which has never happened before. It was really upsetting to see her like that. I was charged extra for an "express service" that wasn’t explained to us as an additional cost. We used to trust this place, but after this experience, we’re seriously reconsidering. Don't bringing your dog here. Go to Maple Grove and it will be better.

Took my dog for a specific poodle hair cut style, and I’m aware of the importance of brushing my dog regularly to prevent any knots. She didn’t have any knots and when I went to go pick her up they completely shaved her down like a buzz cut. Didn’t even attempt to cut it like I had asked. Now my dogs hair is so short she’s shivering all the time. If the groomer wasn’t able to do the cut he should’ve just called. I’m very disappointed: here is a picture of her with the teddy bear. And the picture I showed of how I wanted her and a picture of how she was left.

Katelyn is absolutely the very best! Katelyn has been grooming my 2 yorkies, Bella and Coco for quite a while now. She is the true definition of excellent customer service. Katelyn listens to what I need and is great with my puppies. I have never been disappointed. She always has a smile and is very welcoming. Thank you Katelyn!

I started my aquarium about 1 month ago, I had one before but not for about 25 yrs. I purchased a 55 gallon aquarium set up kit from Petsmart in Monticello,Since my grandchildren wanted fish I researched what fish co-exist and which ones dont. I went to 3 different Petsmarts to see the selection. I spoke with people at the 1st two stores and they were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Then I got to the Petsmart in Plymouth off Rockford rd. That’s where I met Britany. Simply put she is the BEST!!! She is very knowledgeable about all the fish, and is a friendly person in general. She went through and explained the ins and outs of owning fish, showed me several different options, then let me have time while I decided. While my wife and I discussed which fish to get I also noticed Britany was helping 2 other families at the same time. I am so impressed with her ability and personality, as she helped all of us and actually loved doing it! Smiles and everything. Well right then and there I decide this is where I will be coming for fish and supplies. Britany is a true gem!!! Over the last month I’ve purchased 17 fish from Britany all of them survived and are happy in their new home.
