Bad value and deceptive business practices! Scheduled a Wash and Haircut with the essentials package for $115. They informed us there would be a small charge for dematting (despite me requesting a “shave down”). Upon pickup i was met with $90 of unapproved “fees” for an hour of dematting, an hour of additional brushing, and extra shampooing despite it taking less than 2 hours for the whole service. No call to inform me of the additional charges that would be incurred. Very unsatisfied with the deceptive business practices, lack of communication, and poor value of services. Not even sure i got the services with the essentials package since i had to ask for the bandanna after the fact and no perfume at all. My sweet Appa is a golden doodle. Also notice the bad nick on his right ear.

We took our 4 month of pomeranian for her first professional groom. They did an amazing job. We expected a small scissor trim since her adult cut hasn't come in yet and they great with it. I know they did great work with her with her bath and hair dry because the next time I bathed her at home, she didn't freak out like she did previously :)

Made an appointment, took my 12 year old Australian shepard down for just a bath; told 2 hours, after 2 hours told 45 more minutes. Went in 15 miutes later and she is still in a cage, NEVER BEEN BATHED. Called to talk to manager, disconnected, called back, no manager, salon or store available. Will not only NOT be taking her back but will now buy her expensive food elsewhere. What a shame businesses do not care about much but money.

My experience today was wonderful. I have been here before and have been so pleased with Hannah. My dog is older and anxious plus his type of cut is not easy. Hannah was kind right from the beginning and worked with my dog when he got stressed. I really appreciated Hannah and she deserves 5+ stars from Cooper and I.🌟

Not the best experience with pet smart grooming. The lady didn’t cut her hair or nails. I’ve been to pet smart at a different location for past two years and no one has ever stopped in the middle of the grooming session. Not happy about the experience will never be returning to Pensacola’s pet smart grooming again.
