I have been so confused and going back and forth with this review, but I decided to do it to warn others. I brought my pom therefore a haircut a month ago. I was emphatic that I was nervous.That I wanted a trim, I showed them pictures of what i wanted. He kept saying "i have 30 years experience". Yet the man kept asking me if I wanted him to get a haircut, and I kept repeating yes and even received a phone call suggesting that he should get a haircut! I told the guy on the phone 'does he have dementia ?" and i was serious about it! At that point I was concerned and angry telling the guy who called "i told him 4 time's the main reason I brought my dog there was for a haircut and that I had showed the man a picture of what I wanted him to look like. THEY THEN SENT ME A PICTURE OF mY DOG SHAVED!!!!! I WAS SO ANGRY and went off on them. He started explaining that his hair was matted and needed it shaved! I brush his hair. When I went to pick my dog up, I was so confused and even apologetic, that I went off on him. I then noticed my dig seemed traumatized. My husband was livid and i was concerned and After reading up on poms and their hair, i now know that it shouldn't be shaved!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience with Brianna in the grooming department! From the moment I arrived with my dog, Chill, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She took the time to make both me and my dog feel comfortable and genuinely showed that she cares about the pets she works with. What really stood out to me was her kindness and customer service. She was patient, attentive, and treated Chill with so much care and affection. You can tell she truly loves animals and takes pride in what she does. She explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and made me feel confident that my dog was in great hands. On top of that, she was able to help me with a discount, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond for both the customer and their pet. Her positive attitude and caring personality made the entire experience enjoyable. I’ve been bringing my dog to this specific PetSmart Grooming location for the past 16 years, and until today, the service has always been satisfactory. Unfortunately, today was the experience that cost them a loyal customer. I arrived 30 minutes early at 8:30am for my appointment, something I’ve done many times before without any issue. The only team member present, Gloria, was on a personal phone call and appeared visibly annoyed by my early arrival. I apologized and simply asked if it was okay to check my dog in early. Instead of answering, she went to get her manager. The manager explained that the groomer assigned to my dog had not arrived yet and that Gloria does not groom senior dogs, and I was asked to return at 9:00am. While I fully respect that Gloria’s skill set does not include senior dogs, the situation was handled poorly. Being turned away after arriving early especially after so many years as a customer was disappointing and unnecessary. After 16 years of loyalty, I expected a more professional and accommodating interaction. This experience made it clear that my business is no longer valued, and as a result, I will not be using any PetSmart Grooming location in the

At one time PetSmart grooming in Pembroke Pines did a great job. Recently it has gone down hill. The last couple of times we have gone to take our dogs the ladies would complain about the dogs and not complete the service but charge for the service. Some people really should not be dog groomers. Don’t waste your time or money…
