Grooming Salon: My review is waaaay past due. I've been bringing Nala to Shaday for almost 10 years now. Even after moving forty five minutes away, Shaday is worth the drive. Took me some time to find a groomer I can trust and thankfully I did. Nala, who has anxieties, is always happy and comfortable to see Shaday. She is gentle, caring, and does a beautiful job with Nalas groom. Now that Nala is senior with progressing medical conditions, Shaday continues to be supportive in providing Nala with the best accommodating Spa experience once a month. We are forever grateful to her. I'm sure the whole team is wonderful, but for anyone looking for a groomer, Shaday at Petsmart Pasadena is the best!

This is our second time visiting the PetSmart Grooming, with the first visit being very successful. However, the second time did not go as well. The haircut isn't even, and there are bald spots and uneven lengths in many places. The tail brush also seems to have been cut off roughly. I gave a rating of 3 stars because although the first time was perfect, the second visit left much to be desired.
