PetSmart Grooming

Absolutely terrible customer service. Scheduled an appointment for my large breed dog. Arrived on time and was told that we Arrived too late. Claiming our appointment was 30 minutes earlier but never even tried to contact us to let us know. We arrived when we were told to arrive and because they screwed up it was an hour wasted going there and back. I will never go back to this location again and I will make sure I shout it from the mountain tops how terrible the customer service is. I contacted petsmarts direct competition(also a big box store right down the street) they said to head over as soon as possible and they would take care of us. Much better customer service there. Your a joke Petsmart grooming of Annapolis. No wonder your reviews are terrible.

Was told whole schedule was open, come down to get nails trimmed. Showed up 25 minutes later and was told an hour wait. 3 people there, 1 actually doing a service and nobody can trim nails?

Just moved to the area and tried twice to have our dog groomed. The first time the cut was long and the groomer said they had been cautious because our dog was old and had skin bumps. True, but groomers at Bethesda and other Pet Smarts have always been able. The second time we were called to pick up our dog because he was too agitated after his bath to be groomed. I'm not sure what the problem is, but we'll clearly need to groom our dog somewhere else. Customer service was great and the groomer was very apologetic and compassionate. She also provided a list of other groomers to try. Your experience may be different.
