PetSmart Grooming

Our experience at the PetSmart grooming salon was extremely disappointing and concerning. Blake attempted to lift our dog onto the grooming table but nearly dropped him. Another groomer offered to assist, but Blake declined the help and tried again, once more struggling to safely lift our dog. When the other groomer eventually stepped in to help, they were still unable to safely get our dog onto the grooming table. Despite our willingness to assist, we were told we could not help. At that point, we immediately ended the appointment because we were genuinely concerned for our dog’s safety. The entire situation felt unprofessional and left us with no confidence that our dog could be handled safely. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to PetSmart Grooming and cannot recommend their services.

I have taken my dog to so many different groomers over the years and they always will just shave my yorkie and cut his hair so short and he ends up looking like a little rat haha And then I found Amber and she gives him the best haircuts. He always looks so cute after! She does exactly what I want. If you have also been struggling finding a groomer I would say look no farther!

Brought my poodle in to get groomed by Amber. She was amazing. I can’t believe what she did to my dog. I’m embarrassed to say she came in with knots and the care that Amber took with getting those out and making sure that she felt comfortable. She talked me through what she was gonna do and my dog came home looking so beautiful. Would highly recommend if you’re going to get your dog groomed here ask for Amber!

My dog went to get a full haircut and bath service today. They took him back and started the haircut and he had a small scab on his ear that they then picked so it started to bleed. They then call me and told me I had to pick him up. This was just awful and 100% could’ve been better. I didn’t have to pay but the way they left my dogs hair was just terrible. They shouldn’t have picked his scab or they should’ve just fixed the rest of his hair and avoided his head.

This is the best petsmart grooming place I've been to. They apparently had a staff callout on the day Julep was getting groomed, and I could tell they were scrambling and stressed because of it. They have good habits, though, because despite all of that, they did an excellent job taking care of Julep!
