The ladies who helped me with the purchase of my chinchilla for my son were very helpful and gave some great tips on care, etc. Service is always great and friendly!

We took our nearly 50lb beagle mix and our miniature dachshund to Petsmart in Bellevue for baths and nail trimming. Jared and Jada were absolutely FABULOUS!! Each pup had her own difficulties, but both of the groomers took amazing care of them regardless! We will definitely be back to see them!

So I originally submitted my complaint in real time the day that it occurred on 04-13-2024 on the official website under customer support after I picked my dog up from his grooming appt at Petsmart. But since Petsmart has failed to even acknowledge my official complaint let along reach out to me for more information to possibly remedy the situation,I will be posting my complaint on here with photos attached as proof. First,do not ever bring your pets to this grooming salon because they injure your pets & do not have the decency to tell you to your face that something happened. This is what happened when I picked up my dog from his most recent appt last month.I automatically knew something was off by the energy and how my dog was behaving. My dog is a very friendly & exciting dog,&when I picked him up, he was totally subdued, agitated,&antsy. He has never acted this way when picking him up from a grooming appt. Also it was the fact that (my dog has come to this salon multiple times at this point) the groomer herself did not meet me at their front desk like she usually does & hands my dog off to me to tell me how the appt went, how my dog did, etc.I’m use to very open &honest communication

Made an appointment a week ago to get dogs groomed before I leave town and they called the day before to cancel. If I had done that they would charge me. This is an unreliable service and has happened a couple of times with the PetSmart scheduling system over the years. I won't be back.
