Brought my dog in about 2 weeks ago for a bath and a nail trim. I wasn’t gonna say anything because I felt like I should know better but I never had an issue before this. There were two younger girls working this day and I let them know my girl has anxiety with nail trims. I came to pick my dog up and she was acting completely out of character- she normally loves the groomer. She seem d very afraid and stressed out. The girl told me that she had issues with her front paw trim which tracks because of her anxiety so I didn’t think much of it. When I brought her home, her nails were barely trimmed at all. Not only were they barely trimmed but I paid for a nail grind as well which was clearly not done. Her nails have been sharper than they were before they were “trimmed” since the appointment. I didn’t go back to ask for my money back because it was the first time this has been an issue but it’s been two weeks and it still does not sit right with me- especially the fact that she was TERRIFIED after I picked her up. I do not recommend bringing your dog here. It’s sad that people whose whole careers are to care for dogs have left my poor pooch horrified and are so dishonest. I regret not

Very disappointing, staff is not confident when handling animals. If your dog does not like baths, do not book an appointment here. I waited 2 hours only to get a call saying that my dog tried to escape during the bath and they basically wanted me to come pick him up and that was it. Plenty of dogs try to escape during baths, however, the staff should have the tools to overcome this. The staff is not trained on situations like this. At the other PetSmart, this was not an issue - they dealt with it.

I was left waiting for my dog's nail trim because associate forgot to tell other associates I was waiting. But the two women who had to trim my chihuahua's nails were very good. He wasn't nasty just squirmy.

I am extremely unsatisfied with this location. My appointment has been rescheduled 4 times now due to this “Bailey” girl not coming into work. Not sure why no one is doing anything about it, but this is unacceptable. Been coming for 5 years, will NEVER return.

The girls at the grooming salon are all very friendly, are good at what they do, and seem to enjoy being there. From what I've seen during my many visits there, the dogs they are working on all seem comfortable and happy. If you are a new client, they will first spend some time touching your dog all over to see how they react. As far as I know, they do not work on dogs that are not compliant with the grooming process. Their prices are pretty reasonable compared to other professional groomers that I have been to.
