Would not help price a pair of dog nail clippers over the phone. My mom is very sick and I live in a different state. My mom's dogs need there nails clipped. Im the one paying for the clippers. My mom calls up there and they treat her with so much disrespect it made her cry. When I tried to give them a second chance Jess the lady that answered the phone made it seem like she was not going to answer a simple question. Like she was to busy. My mom can barely walk and when she does she needs an oxygen tank and a walker to get around. She loved pet smart but not after this. All we wanted was to know the price of some nail clippers so my mom could have the right amount of money on her when she goes into the store. She doesn't get out much. She really doesn't want to because she can't breath when she walks. She wanted to go to Pet Smart tho to buy the clippers. A big step for her. I feel that her goal to get out is now ruined. Not everyone likes online shopping. When your sick and you go to stores that is the exercise for the day that a person doesn't normally get. That's what this trip would have been for her. A time to get out an exercise. People only see what they want to when it mak
