This was my second time bringing my dog here, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning. Several services that I specifically requested were left out and forgotten. I had even included notes asking them not to forget the same services that were missed during my first visit, so it was especially frustrating to have it happen again. I also specifically requested that the lead not be placed solely around his neck because he is a very small dog. I asked for it to be secured around his neck and leg the way Madison does it, but when I came into the room, it was still only around his neck. When I brought my concerns to the manager, the only solution offered was for me to come back so the missed services could be redone. I declined because I shouldn’t have to make another trip to have services completed correctly after I already clearly explained what I wanted. I understand that it may have been someone’s first day, but customers shouldn’t have to pay(and I tipped) for mistakes that could have been avoided with proper training and attention to the requested services. I’ll be taking my dog somewhere where I feel my instructions are actually listened to the first time.

I just love my girl at PetSmart in Joliet. She takes such good care of my baby Rigleigh. Thankyou for what you do Rachel!
