Worst for truck delivery. First, they donʼt have bell on door, if you are delivering before 9am, then you bang on door, nobody answer, when itʼd 9 am, somebody answer phone and cone out and say, we are here since 7am. Open the door then. Now on this freaking location has new rule that, truck driver cannot sit in his truck while unloading. Ok. Then put sone chair inside. No chair, no respect, fast unloading but unnecessary rules. Petsmart should check them out.

All I wanted was a number 10 all over for his summer haircut, $65, and my baby's hair is horrific! This was taking right after we got home from picking up !

The way I am so disappointed that I chose to visit this location. I asked my mom to take my dog to get a bath and groomed, not too long after we receive a call asking for authorization to put anesthesia on my dog due to her being cut by the groomer and now needing stitches. My mom immediately said yes because she was terrified as to what happened?? They were calling her from the vet side of PETSMART now, not from the grooming. So we authorized the anesthesia and the stitches, they gave us a document to show how much we would have been billed but since it was their mistake, they covered the cost. They ended up having to finish grooming my small poodle after the stitches so since she was asleep, she doesn’t have the cute haircut we were hoping for. They just passed the machine over so that she wouldn’t be uneven. We weren’t charged for the grooming since it doesn’t look professional at all. It looks like we cut her hair at home.. now my dog has to take medicine for her pain, has to be isolated from my other dogs, she cries all day and night because of the cone she has to wear. This isn’t what we had in mind when we came to get my dog groomed. I asked my mom who apologized to her for

The groomers here are so kind, accommodating, and professional. My dog doesn’t need a fancy cut but she is older and nervous and they always handle her with loving care. The prices are very reasonable and I have never been turned away as a walk-in. However, any time I have tried to call to make an appointment, the person who answers the phone has not been helpful. Other than this, this is a great place and I will continue to bring my fur baby here for her grooming.
