We took our dog to get a groom & was told that our dog was so matted that we had to take her to our vet to get surgery around certain areas which sounded odd to me because she was not that bad at all. We took our dog to a professional groomer and was told that pet smart was over exaggerating & she did not need any type of surgery to remove Matting. The grooming portion of pet smarts smells horrendous & the girls seem to be bothered by everything. Our dog gets so anxious when she’s there it was a shocker to see her so calm at this other groomer. Petsmart do better, I will never give this store any of my business again.
