Had a 10am appointment for my dognto get groomed and was running late. Guy on the phone said if I came in by 10:20 they would take me so I rushed over. As soon as I walked in the girl just smirked and said nope too late even though I came in by the 10:20 cut off. Going down the road to ScentHound since they can fit me in. Here is a photo of the cute boy they refused to see today

I brought my dog in today to get her nails trimmed. The staff were amazing, very friendly and super fast despite not having had an appointment. My dog can be shy with strangers and has difficult nails to cut but everything was handled great and her nails have never looked better. I would definitely recommend this place!

Elly is your go to groomer! She did amazing and was very patient with my Shih Tzu, Lani. The before and after picture really shows how detailed Elly was!!!

The guy working at the front desk was informative and courteous. Andrea was my puppy's groomer and she seems very calm and caring. Price was very reasonable as well. It was my pup's first time grooming so I didn't know what to expect, but it was a pleasant experience overall (hope it was for the puppy as well) so will be definitely back.
