Took my dog in for nail trim, buff and paw pad trim. Everyone was friendly and they got everything done very quickly.

Sign a waiver paid $20 to bathe my puppy. They only had one option for shampoo, and it doesn't smell great. No conditioner at all. The tub leaked water so bad that my feet in the bottom of my jeans were soaking wet. The lady that took me back there asked if there was a towel in there, and they said yes. That was a lie. There was no towel, so my 8-week-old puppy had to shiver, waiting for a towel. The thin small hand towel they brought did not dry him. Use a blow dryer that did work. I asked if it was normal for the tub to leak so badly, and they said yes. As I was leaving, the water had covered the entire washroom and was going into the grooming office. Do not bother bathing your dog here, complete waste of money and now I have to change my clothes.

Very friendly place. Team here does a great job. Adopted a cat here today and the team did all they can to ensure everything was good to go. Took home a black kitten. Black cats always have a hard time getting adopted. Now just need to introduce him to my black cat at home. All cats come with up to date shot records. You can also foster to adopt here. Store has all you need for all kinda of pets.
