I went to the Dickson City location early this afternoon for a new fish tank and some supplies. While scanning the isles, first I noticed an employee named Bobby, really going above and beyond to help customers. He even stopped to ask me if I needed any help between running back and forth for other customers! I needed a little bit of extra assistance as I was purchasing a large fish tank and other supplies, but I also had my napping toddler in a stroller with me. He was so quick to assist me and when I checked out was there right at the perfect time to help carry it out, as well as place it in my car for me! When I tried to tip him he absolutely refused! So kind, so professional, so quick! You can tell he was busy but still managed to handle all of his tasks going on plus some! It’s hard to find hard working and good employees like that! You can tell he takes pride in his work. Thank you Bobby for a fantastic experience!

I put 3 stars because last time I took my dog there it took me over an hour to get grooming. I was always transfered & no one would pick up. If I called grooming direct the store would answer and then transfer me and again no one would answer. I am trying again right now to set up an appointment and the same thing is happening. This is very, very aggravating. If this continues I will have to go somewhere else. Will corporate or somebody help me please? This is happening right now again as I write this.

Groomers were nice did a good job with my Yorkie however, water had gotten into my dogs ears. I had to get him to the vet for ear infections three days later. You have to be super careful which is why I bring him to be groomed vs my doing it. I am always afraid to get water in his ears. Sadly my $65 groom turned into $215 with the $150 vet bill on top.

Pros: Usually a good experience here. Dogs are clean, smell great. Groomers are pleasant and communicate well. Online booking is convenient when its working properly. You can’t beat the price and availability. Walk ins for nail trims was ideal, i hope they bring that back. Cons: Their nails on 2 occasions weren’t trimmed completely, i avoid booking the same person when that happens, i think its just a new groomer. I also found it really inappropriate that I was solicited to do backyard breeding with my dogs. They are fixed so it was a moot point, but seems both irresponsible and a poor business practice.

Twice I took off the morning to have dog groomed and twice it was cancelled 30minutes before the appointment...I live about 40 minutes away. When asked if another groomer could take care of my dog, I was told no but they could give me another appointment in the next 2 days. Very frustrating!!
