PetSmart Grooming

Dropped my puppy off @4 for a groom. Shopped around the surrounding stores and came back around 5:45. Was told to come back in an hour to an hour and 30 minutes and that I’ll get a call when my puppy was ready. No problem with me. Later, I get a call. The groomer was telling me my dogs been ready, they’re about to close, and that I was told to come back in 30 minutes, which was untrue. I got there at 7:10 a little annoyed, but she did a great job so I couldn’t stay mad.

I absolutely would recommend this place to everyone. They treated my dog with such great care. She loved it and had so much fun.

We recently moved and this was the first time going to this PetSmart. I was very impressed by the associates from greeting to good bye. Kai and Ren were very happy coming out and they looked and smelled like clean dogs. Thank you Aury and team! 😁🐶🐶

I arrived a little bit early to pick up my dog and look through the window and she was on the table. The Groomer was being so rough while brushing her that my dog just looked absolutely petrified. I was very angry and I know that if I had walked into grooming, things would’ve gotten really ugly. Instead, I decided to step away for a second and get my phone so I could record things. When I stepped back, the Groomer was no longer brushing my dog. She was playing with one of her friends. I do wish that I had gotten on camera How tremendously rough she was being with my little 8 pound dog. They called me right after that to let me know that my dog was ready. When I gave drop off instructions, I asked them not to cut the hair on her face. Let them know. I wanted that hair as full as possible. Cut that they gave her was not what I asked for. My dog has been to a few different groomers. Unfortunately, the best Groomer I’ve ever taken her to is in Livingston at Hairy Styles. I’ve walked in early and seen her being absolutely fantastic with my dog. It’s just a very long drive for me to get my dog there. My dog has never had any issues when I picked her up. She’s always been happy and friend

We take our two pups here and they’re always very happy when they come back. They’re clean, smell great, their nails are done, teeth are brushed, faces washed, and pampered 😎 it takes about 3 hours so we drop them off and then go back to pick them up when they’re ready. They love it and we love it so it’s all good!
