I wish I could leave -5 review. Made an appointment days ago to get my dog bathed. They decided to call and reschedule while we were in the parking lot coming in for the visit. And then said they had hoped to reschedule someone called in sick. Then they said we can still do it today, but will be a while. Then called and said we can't do it your dog tried to bite us!! This dog has never bit anyone in 4.5 years. He's been to vets, have his nails done and this was a complete lie!!!

This place needs to train their groomers! I've had my 2 Doodles groomed several times. NEVER AGAIN!!!! They chopped my babies hair all up. Had I been the one picking them up I would have raised heck and never ever paid. Tina McArthur Chattanooga Tn

Went there for a new cat carrier and came back with a new kitten. Great store with a very knowledgeable staff. Rescue personnel are fantastic with the animals needing adoption.
